Nokia E90 - Camera and Multimedia (reviewed)
In the penultimate part of my big Nokia E90 Communicator review, I look in detail at the surprisingly good stills and video camera, plus I try video and music playback. After all, all work and no play makes Steve a very dull boy etc....

Nokia Ticket Rush
Tackling charger wastage?
It's all very well Nokia saying that it's starting to introduce better on screen alerts to get people to unplug their phone chargers from the wall in order to save energy and the earth. But I can't see most people doing it. Why don't companies simply make chargers/adapters that don't heat up when there's no device drawing charging current?

In the next part of our truly huge review of the Nokia E90 Communicator, I look at how it handles Office and other commonly emailed documents, plus I explore what you can (and can't) yet do online in the S60 3rd Edition FP1 Web browser. Warning: broadband needed - this review section is very heavy on images, even after thumbnailing them down.

The Nokia E61i - the Applications and the Verdict
All the way back.... to the P1i
Sony Ericsson has announced a number of feature phones plus a Symbian-based UIQ 3-running successor to their M600i and P990i. The P1i has the best of both devices (though no P series 'flip' this time), with an upgraded camera (3.2mp), a dual function keyboard, Wi-Fi, VoIP support, A2DP and 3G data, for European networks. Best of all, there will be 4 times the free RAM, compared to the P990i! The full press release and photos below.

Nokia E90 - adapting the applications
In Steve's continuing review of the Nokia E90 Communicator, he looks specifically at some of the core S60 3rd Edition applications and how they've been adapted for the wide screen. Steve looks in detail at some of the PIM functionality and considers how good a job has Nokia done. He also discusses the comparative experience upgraders from devices such other S60 phones or the Series 80 range (9300 and 9500) will find.
