Beta 0.1 Series 60 MIDP only SDK available from Forum Nokia

Forum Nokia have announced the availability of version beta 0.1 of a new 'concept' SDK for the Series 60 range of Symbian phones. It is a small download at 5.6MB and so for those interested may be worth a look. It inludes an emulator for testing MIDP files with a Series 60 look and feel.

Nuclear Meltdown is a MGS game for the Nokia 9210 in the style of Bejeweled (with some extra enhancements) and a game storyline. Excellent graphics as you might expect from MGS. The game can be purchased (and a trial downloaded) from Handango.

The well known TimeTool has been ported from the Nokia 9210 to Series 60. TimeTool allows you to have a speaking clock of your 7650 and many other time related utilities such as alarms, count down and stop clock.

Released: SoftKeypad version 1.0 for 7650

The program formally known as JoyPad has now been released in version 1.0 (from beta) as SoftKeypad. SoftKeypad will allow you to use your joytstick as a text entry tool by putting a virtual keyboard on the screen. SoftKeypad can be purchased via Handango.
