Rumours floating around are suggesting that LG may release a Symbian version of their SC8000 (Pocket PC) device next summer in Europe. The source of this information is this CBR article. Some information and pictures of the SC800 is available here. Its likely that the device would run the UIQ UI which is becoming increasingly popular in the Far East. Nokia have released a theme creator for the Nokia 6600 (Series 60 Developer PLatform 2.0). The free Java program is available via Forum Nokia. The program allows you to customise the idle screen wallpaper, application shell icons, colors, screen savers, signal and battery strength graphics, volume and slider graphics, scrolling indicators and the analog and digital clocks.
