User Review (from Handango):
Vastly improves productivity and adds convenience

I have tested the professional version at with my corporate Exchange email and my Nokia 6600 (Symbian 7.0), and I can tell you that this is an extremely useful service. I get my email on the go, and thanks to the push technology, all waiting time visible to the user is eliminated. Both reading and replying work very smoothly. Existing compatibility with all Symbian and Windows Mobile devices is Duality's key difference as compared to other solutions, for example. If you prefer to have a Treo as your device, Goodlink is probably fine or better than this, but a bit pricey. In contrast, Duality allows you to select from a broad range of devices, many of which are cheaper, smaller, better as phones, and more reliable than the Treo. Another advantage to competing products is that most attachments work great if you wish to download them. Taken into account the large existing market share and growth of Symbian 6.0/7.0 devices, I would imagine device independence being a great advantage (this is especially true in Europe). The product comes in three versions, enterprise, professional, and internet. The first one is based on a server polling your Exchange inbox, the second on a client running on your desktop and polling your Exchange inbox, and the third is for POP3/IMAP. No changes to the firewall are required. Duality applies end-to-end 128-bit AES for the entire message (not only body) up to the mobile device. Average estimated additional GPRS traffic is only around 1MB per month per user, since messages can be truncated to 4kb, and only selected messages will be downloaded in their entirety. The always-on calendar functionality exists for Windows Mobile environment and is probably soon up for launch for Symbian devices. I have not tested that. I am still fine with synchronizing my mobile calendar separately. All in all, this is a great piece of software that seems to provide many of the mobile messaging capabilities I have long been looking for.
