MobileClipper is a new service that was announced this week. It allows you to create personalised web clips of web pages and then view them on your phone.

The service works by specifying a page and the text before and after the area you want to clip. The clipped text is then coverted to a page that you can view on your mobile (wml) and you are given a unique address for the clip.
