Winner of the best app at the recent "Orange Code Camp," F(x) 2.0 beta 3 has been released. It's more than a graphical calculator, and there's a touch of a programming langauge to it, but for professionals, F(x) is certainly worth looking at in closer detail. There are a number of applets available for the environment that can provide notes, outlines, conversions and rapid development of form based apps.
