DreamSpring released the full version of DreamConnect 2, replacing the early adopter version launched at the Smartphone Show in London. The new version of DreamConnect 2 features ground-breaking technology in organising and managing contacts in a more powerful and efficient way. It also offers significant improvements to the early adopter version.
DreamConnect 2 boasts a technology breakthrough in categorising contacts: multi-level sub-folders. Thanks to hierarchical (tree structured) sub-folders, UIQ users can now organise their contacts in a way that reflects reality. DreamConnect's folders contain all contacts assigned to them and to any sub-folders. This provides versatility and flexibility in contact management unrivaled by any other smartphone applications, or even most PC applications.
DreamConnect 2 provides direct access to all communication options from its contact details view. For example, users can send an sms or mms to the contact simply by selecting the appropriate icon in the details view via the scroll wheel.
This full release has refined DreamConnect 2's rich feature set, including: multi-selection list view, fast filtering, complete undo/redo, automatic contact merging, rich detail view with layout varying in response to current category and contact contents, multiple public and private notes, send and copy multiple contacts, copy text from the detail view, and many more.
