Roids, a clone of the 80's arcade game, is a new example application on the Symbian Developer website. The SIS file and source code (S60 or UIQ 3) are available from the Symbian website along with a PDF paper that gives some additional information about the project's background and methodology.

The FCC website (US regulator) currently has some information about the Nokia N95 8GB on its website. Hardware changes include a reworked back section with the removal of the camera lens cover to allow for a bigger battery. The top slide media keys are now slightly raised and the phone itself is black. Nokia today announced that games developer I-play will be delivering a number of games for the N-Gage platform. The first two titles to be released will be World Rally Championship and Super Mah Jong. I-play is set to concentrate on casual games providing games which are 'easy to play, but difficult to master with dip in and dip out playability'. Read on for details.

Fring the mobile VoIP software that also aggregates instant messaging services is now available for the Sony Ericsson P1i. Fring have also added support for ICQ instant messaging and voice chat in addition to the existing Sykpe, MSN, Google Talk and Twitter support.
