Enough with the emails already! Nokia E90 fans who have been emailing in asking when my big case review round-up will be ready, please a) be patient and b) read on... Oh, and c) don't buy anything yet until the verdict's in...
Juwlz of this site and I spent a couple of hours examining the case entrants so far (8 samples from various manufacturers) and have written loads of notes. But there are still at least three cases still to arrive at AAS Towers, so it's too early to proclaim a winner. That'll be in the full write up in a week's time.
Suffice it to say that we were a little disappointed by most of the case designs, many of which had one or more design flaws. Hey, I'm notoriously picky about PDA and smartphone cases... The Proporta guys can attest to that. Our favourite designs so far? I loved the AX-ALEX case (see eBay shop etc.) and juwlz quite liked the PDair pouch design. But really, it's too early for a real verdict.
So there are three more cases to arrive during the week, including (hopefully) an aluminium hard case. Watch this space!
