Review: Route 66 Mobile Britain 2005

Route 66 scores by being compatible with all Series 60 devices and not just a select few, by being a one-time purchase and by virtue of its free Traffic service. It's not all good though...

Review: F(x)

F(x) is much more than the sum of its parts. It’s really geared towards people who need computing power when they are out and about, and would rather carry just their smartphone.

A possible replacement for anyone who (like me) has been mourning the loss of Psion Data for the last five years.

Review: X-Men Legends

All in all, X-Men Legends for the N-Gage is everything that the console versions are and once you adapt to its quirky collision detection, isometric view and simplifications, offers a lot of gaming value for the action-RPG-loving 'Gager.

Review: ROK MMC Movie Player

So, if you’re going on a long trip and fancy something to watch without mucking around with other rip/convert/transfer utilities, it’s worth checking out if there’s a ROK title you’d be interested in, although at roughly the same cost as a full-price DVD the prices seem a touch steep.

Review: Dropathon

Trying to sum this is up is wierd. Boomslang haven’t done anything wrong here, there are no fundamental mistakes in the game, there are no glaring bugs, everything you’d expect to be in a falling puzzle game is here. There’s just nothing terribly exciting about it.

Hover Zone is nicely pitched in all departments and at only $13 represents pretty good value for money - for any fan of the racing genre, this should keep you occupied for quite a while.

Apart from the PIM application limitations, I've been tremendously impressed by how much is packed into this unassuming few inches of chrome and silicon. There's just one small problem with the memory...

Review: Golf PRO Contest

icon
The beauty and serenity of a golf course is always a humbling thing for someone who can appreciate nature (even when it is crafted) and the game of golf, much like those stunning courses can be a peaceful and relaxing thing. Whether you're playing an import copy of Wicked 18 on the Mega Drive, the latest PSP Hot Shots Golf game or a simple S60 game, when golf is done right it can be a wonderful thing. I'm happy to report that the Synergenix-published Golf PRO Contest is one of those wonderful things.
