As of today, P900 users no longer have to travel to a SonyEricsson Service Centre to upgrade their firmware. The latest firmware version is Organiser: R2B02 which can be dowloaded from SonyEricsson.

3 have announced via their website that a software upgrade for the A920 will shortly be available. From December 8th you will be able to take your phone to a 3 store and get it sent away for an upgrade (or possibly exchange it). 3 are not making a charge for this service.
