According to this post in the CoreCodec Forums the highly anticipated CorePlayer Mobile for Symbian OS will be launched next Wednesday. CorePlayer is a multimedia player that supports a large number of formats including WMA, OGG, FLAC, DivX and XviD. The player will be available for S60 2nd Edition, S60 3rd Edition, UIQ 2 and UIQ 3 devices. Read on.
Nokia today announced the availability, in select markets, of a range of Windows Live services for some its S60 Nseries phones. The services available include Windows Live Messenger (instant messaging), Windows Live Hotmail (email), and Windows Live Spaces (blogging, and media upload).
Nokia today announced that games developer I-play will be delivering a number of games for the N-Gage platform. The first two titles to be released will be World Rally Championship and Super Mah Jong. Fring the mobile VoIP software that also aggregates instant messaging services is now available for the Sony Ericsson P1i. Fring have also added support for ICQ instant messaging and voice chat in addition to the existing Sykpe, MSN, Google Talk and Twitter support.
