Symbinware have announced the availability of PowerCar for the P800 and P900. The program allows you to keep track of all car related expenses such as fuel and trip expenses (car parking, tolls and maintenance). The program has flexible data input, both text and graph based reports. The programs includes support for multiple cars.
Symbian Bookworm is a an ebook reader for UIQ powerd by the Appforge Booster. The program has accompanying PC software to create ebooks from a variety of formats inlcuding .LIT and .PDF. Features include full screen reading of books, large book file sizes, and choices of font faces and sizes.
RMR Software have released RMRCar and RMRFuel. The programs are aimed at helping keep track of fuel and car use. RMRCar is aimed at comapny cars users who want to keep track of mileage and expenses. RMRFuel is aimed at monitoring fuel consumption. Both programs are written in OPL.
Sony Ericsson today announced the P910 which is a small upgrade to the UIQ P900. Improvements include the addition of a Qwerty keyboard on the reverse of the flip, internal memory increased to 64 Mb from 16 Mb, support for Memory Stick Duo up to 1GB, improved screen (262k colours) and better support out of the box for corporate email.
Sony Ericsson looks to set to announce some of it's new range of phones this Thursday. Looking very likely is a mini upgrade to the P900 the P910 which features a new flip with a keyboard on the reverse. Also possible is a second UIQ phone, possibly, utilising the new UIQ 3 which can be operated without pen input. Whatever the case we'll keep you updated.

SplashID for UIQ is a secure storage program for personal information. It can be used to store information such as passwords, credit cards, bank details and more. The program is highly customisable and includes a desktop PC program for editing viewing and syncing.
Businessman is a Monopoly like game for UIQ. It includes auctions, casino play, house buying and selling and complex trades with other players in addition to the basic game play.
Symbianware have updated PowerCalc and PowerConverter for UIQ. Updates to PowerCalc include the addition of hyperbolic functions and some other small improvements. The conversion engine of PowerConverter has been improved and some new units added along with some corrections to previous units.
BlueGPS by Dennis Baldwin is a freeware program that allows users to connect UIQ devices to their Bluetooth GPS Units. Currently the application will give you your you latitude, longitude, speed, and direction. The author is looking for feedback and will be building in more functionality in later releases.
