Launched yesterday, DataViz RoadSync for UIQ gives mobile users full access to Microisoft Exchange's ActiveSync. It provides users with access to corporate Outlook e-mail, attachments, calendar and contacts information.
Ian Ratcliffe helps out puzzle fans the world over with MobliSuDoKu for UIQ devices. Featuring 50 built in puzzles, and a SuDoKu Solver algorythm for problems found on the internet, it's a good first SuDoKu application for the platform. After a huge amount of good feedback from the Communicator Version, Al Richey of RMR Software has released the OPL Based RMRData for UIQ devices. RMRData provides a "secure" storage area for personal information and data, with full export facilities to your PC or Mac in standard file formats.
Between seven and nine letters, and you're against the clock to make as many words as possible in Jumble for UIQ. Built in dictionaries, a nice colour scheme and easy to use interface. It doesn't come much better than this for word play.

We hear from sources that one of the 'niggles' of the multitasking in UIQ, that of an applciation returning to a "home" screen when you switch away to another application, will not be present in UIQ. To quote... "In UIQ 3.0 an application keeps the state the user left it in and does not automatically return to the base view." Now we just need the devices.
