A tiny bit skewed by not including free applications, but there's still plenty of merit in an app being nominated as a 'Handango Champion'. Here are the official 2006 finalists (click through and choose 'S60' or 'UIQ', warning - it's a Flash-based site)
Steve rants about Nokia's bundled video editing system of choice for the Nokia N93. Why include it if it's not up to the job and will only cause frustration for the majority of the owners of their flagship multimedia smartphone? Read on...
I don't normally post software news items here (after all, they're listed in the right hand strip, in date order), but TimeTrack was one of my most-used utilities on S60 2nd Edition and it's now available for all 3rd Edition devices. Recommended for any professional who needs to account for his or her time.

PDA Essentials issue 52 is now at newstands across the UK, with a group test of 'Blackberry killers', in which the Nokia E61 was pronounced 'a clear winner'. There's also a guide for users of other mobile OS for migrating everything to S60, plus a full review of the UIQ 3 Sony Ericsson M600i, with the verdict 'Superb as a mobile email handset'.

Just a quick note to say that I've been adding new Tips pages to 3-Lib for some of the S60 3rd Edition smartphones. Here are the Nokia N93, E70 and E61 pages. Hope you find them helpful!
Very welcome though perhaps early days, Nokia has released a S60 Phone Software Update utility/service, letting users update their own firmware. For more on this huge story, read on...
In part two of our Nokia N93 review Steve looks at it as a smartphone. In concluding the N93 review Steve delivers our verdict on Nokia's multimedia flagship.
Just spotted this interesting blog entry over at Forum Nokia. In advance of this week's second and final Nokia N93 review article, Hartti talks about and photos the N93 as a super S60/multimedia presentation tool.
Rafe looks at the hand-made leather cases from Noreve for the Nokia E61. Such cases do come at a premium price, but if you are looking for a high quality case it is an investment worth investigating. Noreve also produce cases for the Nokia N93, N91, N80, N70 and N71.
