S60 has long been without any form of Wikipedia application besides the mobile web site. There are now two applications in early development, but do either of them significantly add to the mobile web site experience? I've been using http://wapedia.mobi/ for years - it looks brilliant on all phones I've tried it on.
Still a native app may be a little quicker/easier to access.

I recently discovered Locify, which supports location-based Wikipedia searches (though I have not tried that function yet; I use Locify for geocaching).
Honestly, the best way I've found to search on Wikipedia is simply to add 'wiki' to the end of a search string on Google...and then only if the Wikipedia article wasn't already one of the first two or three hits anyway. ;)
