IntelliGolf is the first published MobileVB program for the P800. The software, available as an ealry release demo, is intended as an electronic golf score card for the P800.

Epocware have released new version of their excellent P800 software. Handy Safe is updated to version 2.0 with support for long notes and other small improvements. Handy Day version 1.5 is released with many fixes and new features.

Peter van Sebille has released SCap for the P800. This is a screen capture tool. It allows you to take screenshots with various hotkeys, and saving in different formats (gif, jpg, mbm).
Gridlock version 1.0 has been relelased. The game is written in Personal Java and involves move blocks around to free up a block so you can move it out of a square. Also know as Traffic this is a popular game.
Epocware have announced the availability of the Handy Day for the P800. This software gives you an overviews of the days tasks and appointments in a single view. The software also has task manager and allows you to add shorcuts to Launcher.
UIQ seems to have made an interesting recovery from earlier 2002 where it seem to be slowing sliding away possibly to become the Series 60 of SE. However Symbian have firmly stamped their name on it and are back (or are remphasising) their UI side of things with a new version announced at Cannes.
Sony Ericsson have liscensed the AppForge Mobile runtime for the Sony Ericsson P800 meaning that developers can write program for the P800 in Visual Basic. Sony Ericsson will begin shipping the AppForge mobile runtime, Booster, as a standard feature on its devices beginning in Q1 2003.
An interesting piece of information, if you hadn't already guessed is that the P800 uses the Beatnik audio engine to produce synthesised (thats polyphonic to you and me) music and effects on the P800. Significantly Sony Ericsson will be using the system in other future products.
SMS Plus is a Sega Master Systeme and Sega Game Gear Emulator for the P800. The game is still in the alpha / beta stage. It is a port of SMSPlus by Charles Macdonald.
