AAS Podcast #21: Symbian's David Wood - the Q & A

Published by Steve Litchfield at 6:49 BST, April 21st 2007 under Audio, AAS Podcast in General, S60 3rd Edition, UIQ 3

Steve Litchfield was at the Future Technologies conference in April 2007, organised by Forum Oxford. Among the speakers was Symbian's David Wood, speaking on the rise and rise of smartphones, their suitability to making Web 2.0 work and the importance of non-browser online applications. Podcast 20 featured his talk, here's the Q&A session that followed, also well worth listening to, and also featuring Tomi Ahonen, the conference moderator, with a few mini-rants of his own.

Apologies for a few audio hiccups in this podcast and for the variable quality in places. And thanks again to David for letting us publish this and to Podcast Generation for providing a higher quality audio feed than was possible with the Nokia N93 I was filming the talk on! (And before you ask, the video wasn't really watchable - the light levels were too low and the slides being projected weren't really readable)
