Comment: A comment on Ewan's iTunes comment at 16:20: iTunes also runs on Windows PC's and it has to integrate with Outlook too. It does everything on a PC that it does on a Mac. So as far as the PC side is concerned, iTunes has the same problems as PC Suite.

Because iTunes also works on a Mac, and PC Suite doesn't you can claim that Apple has it harder, and not Nokia ;-)

On the device side the number of platforms is Nokia's own business decision. It will explain things but it doesn't apologize for them.

Comment: i was really interested in your opinions on the 5800 firmware update might come with kinetic scrolling at least. you seemed relatively confident but obviously cant know for sure. but i'm really hoping nokia brings the 5800 up to par with all their other touch phones.
