"Make Your Own Talk Plan" on Orange

Orange have announced that they are no longer going to create new Talk Plans to try and capture the exact needs of a group of consumers, but wil now allow you to make your own, with your own amount of free minutes, texts, line rental, etc. Now, canwe get a good rate on 0870 Data Calls?
