J2ME Web Browser and Email Clients Updated

Reqwireless have announced the new versions of their popular Java J2ME applications WebViewer and EmailViewer, both now on version 4.0. Compared to other clients, the Reqwireless apps are very small, using a proxy based server to do most of the work. All are available for trials from the Reqwireless Homepage.
WebViewer 4.0 adds the following new features:
* JavaScript support, controlled by "Enable JavaScript" setting (default is on)
* Support for hr, iframe HTML tags
* Browse forward in history screen, or using new "Forward" command
* Self-signed certificates for HTTPS URLs, when secure connections are supported by the device
* "Certificates" command for enumerating and deleting certificates you've personally imported
* "Form AutoFill" command to record and prepopulate personal information appropriately in Web pages
* "Shortcuts" command (in URL box) for expediting text entry
* Support for .csv files
* Few changes to default settings for Nokia Series 40 devices
* Several bug fixes
EmailViewer 4.0 adds the following new features:
* "Import" contact data from standard CSV attachments into EmailViewer's list of contacts
* "Export" command in Contacts screen for sending EmailViewer's list of contacts, as a CSV attachment, to a specified email address
* "AutoFill" command in new-account screen, which suggests account settings for many common email providers
* "Mark" / "Unmark" paradigm for marking particular messages for processing
* "Move to Folder" command for IMAP, Hotmail accounts
* "Keep as New" command for setting message status to unread
* "Delete" command operates on the marked messages, replacing "Purge"
* "Mark All" / "Unmark All" convenience commands
* Unread message count listed in brackets beside IMAP, Hotmail folder names
* Three different icons for read, unread, and high-priority emails
* High- and low-priority message status shown in Details dialog
* "Next 10" command no longer appears in message summary if there are no further messages in the account
* "Attachments" section now shown at top of displayed message for easier viewing
* Attachment size displayed in brackets beside file name
* "From name" field in advanced account settings overrides "Display name" value for outgoing email
* "Reply-To" header respected during message reply
* "Bcc outgoing email to address" textfield replaces "Bcc outgoing email to self" checkbox
* "Send" and "Body" commands are higher in priority to reflect common usage
* "To" screen shown first during message composition, for convenience since every outgoing message must contain at least one recipient
* Warning popup before messages are permanently deleted from the server
* Improved handling of large contact lists, which are now loaded silently upon application startup
* Several bug fixes and numerous minor enhancements
