Ovi Share has a support forum

Published by krisse at 7:27 BST, May 14th 2008

As Denis Norden might say, file this one under "Useful things we hadn't noticed until now", and apologies to those who had already seen this: the Ovi Share service has a support forum including Troubleshooting, Mobile, Developer and Feedback sections, which replaces the old Twango boards. As long as you've already logged into Ovi Share using your usual username, an identical forum username will be created automatically when you first visit. If you need to get there within Ovi Share, there's a teeny-tiny "Forums" link at the bottom of the screen.

And yes, there is a moderator who answers questions, though they seem to be taking a long time getting round to the latest ones. Anyone from Nokia/Twango reading this care to take a look at the forum again?

One fun thing you might try when you're logged in is clicking on your icon on the right of the screen, which lets you choose a new one from many different categories including Aliens, Dinosaurs, Food etc.

Hmm... the Ovi Share moderator has suddenly become very active after this story was posted. Coincidence? ;-)

Anyway, it's great that they're now answering questions and responding to comments.
