An important note to all who were interested in my feature on file and folder syncing from earlier in the week. Please don't entrust your master files to this PC Suite feature as it's horribly, horribly buggy. My apologies, read on for more.

Nokia need to stand up and take note of this, if they haven't already, but one of the commenters in the original article thread was absolutely right - it's possible for PC Suite to make a complete pig's ear out of the whole process and trash a document update by replacing the new version with the old one - it just happened to me.

Which is bizarre, as the first 10 syncs with 'File and folder' sync turned on were one way (PC to phone) and reliable - and then, for no reason whatsoever, the syncs started going the OTHER way. Resulting in at least one trashed new document version in my case.

So, please disregard my tutorial - I'll update it as and when Nokia fix this appallingly misleading and buggy feature!
