The N95 as part of a DIY aerial photo system

Published by Steve Litchfield at 13:27 BST, June 22nd 2007

OK, I couldn't resist linking to this, but it is Friday, after all. The N95 blog has an article describing and picturing a radio controlled aircraft system that uses the N95 as its main real time aerial photo viewer and editor.

PE N95

This system I simply have to get in for review 8-)

I like how they call the N95 a UMPC. I bet Nokia will be very pleased with that moniker.

I more think of the E90 as Nokia's newest UMPC, the N95 has just the look of a smartphone

But what is it actually with that RC plane and that N95? Do you control the plane with the phone?

i think they'll just tie the phone on the RC plane, then use the GPS and the camera within the phone to get a clear bird-eye view pics, then post it on some places and use it as google earth
