I was resisting posting about this because I think they're in danger of complicating the application, but Opera Mini is now up to v3.0, with photo publishing (to an Opera photo server), RSS (news/blogs) and HTTPS (secure site) support, plus various usability improvements. It's still the best way to keep your GPRS bill down though....

Photo sharing

Now you can take images with your phone camera and upload them to any of your blogs, forums or e-mail blog right from Opera Mini. (Not all camera phones support this feature.)

The Opera Mini start page features an integrated "Photo blog" link. Click it to get started.

Your phone's camera will activate inside of Opera Mini. Take your picture by clicking OK.
