The Developer Zone has been introduced to the 2006 Show in order to attract and enhance the developer experience at The Symbian Smartphone Show. With its own dedicated area on the exhibition floor, the Developer Zone will play an integral part in the positioning of the Show - proving through its heightened presence the level of Symbian's commitment to the developer community.
The Symbian Smartphone Show is the premiere opportunity for Developers to demonstrate their products directly to the key members of the value chain. As well as learning about the technical capabilities of Symbian OS, developers can network with Symbian's ecosystem, gather the latest information about new software developments and learn about the developer support offerings.

Developer Training Sessions:
These pay-for sessions - always a draw for developers to the Show - consist of high-level training, organized and implemented by Symbian experts.
Providing comprehensive hands-on training for Symbian OS and associated technologies, delegates will learn how to use Symbian OS products, and understand the necessary conventions, terms and expressions with which to build world-class software for the world's fastest growing software market.
Media Zone:
The Media Zone, which proved very popular with the 2005 delegates and visitors will provide a display of information from Symbian, the media supporters of the show, and exhibitor press releases.
