Nokia's Research Centre has posted up the binary files that will allow you to run an Apache server on your S60 smartphone. As well as the server files, there is a mod to allow Python integration, so you can use the scripting language to power the web page generation.

There are some concept demos on the site as well, including general HTTP access (to run a blog), using the phone as a webcam, and the principle behind getting access to your favourites, contacts, calendar, call logs and messages.
 Note the code is currently only for S60v2 with Feature Pack 2 - Nokia suggest using a 6630.
