Spotify rolls out more S60 support

Missed by us in the run up to MWC was Spotify's increased handset support for their streaming music client. They’ve now added support for the Nokia X6, 6700, 6760, E55 and Sony Ericsson’s Vivaz (and presumably the Vivaz Pro). For a monthly fee, Spotify will happily stream a huge catalogue of mainstream music to your handset.

The update also includes a number of fixes to the client. Here’s the change-log.

4 new devices are now supported: Nokia X6, Nokia 6760 slide, Nokia 6700 slide, Nokia E55 and the newly announced Sony Ericsson Vivaz.
Text input on touchscreen devices has been rewritten. Supports special/unusual characters and hardware qwerty keyboards.
Text input optimizations.
Seeking on non-touchscreen devices is now much faster.
