Agreed – so if you want to do some further refinements and resubmit your entry that’s completely acceptable. Just write us a note telling us this is what you’re doing and we’ll disregard your previous submission. We want you to be happy you’ve submitted the best widget possible.

In the first our resident author and Symbian expert Ben Morris sets the scene for why widgets have arrived with such gusto on the mobile stage, while in the second and third seasoned industry professional Richard Bloor writes a case study on two different implementations of widgets on Samsung devices and then provides a detailed overview of the Samsung Mobile Widget framework. Reading these three papers will give you a great background to Samsung Mobile Widgets and will hopefully get your creative juices flowing.
