Ashley Montanaro has released two small free utilities to help users of the 7650. NameSwap allows you to swap the names of all the contacts on your 7650. Foward allows you to send files you receive via Bluetooth, infrared or e-mail to other people.
From the developers of the best selling SkiFlying for the 92x0 comes GoldMiner for the 7650. Lots of animations and great playability in this J2ME game. Available on Handango.
SeleQ from Ximplify is potentially a great utility for the 7650. It is currently in beta even at this stage offers advanced file management, screenshot taking, playing and viewing of files from directory listing and more.

Russian developer AVISTA have released the long awaited Lines for the Nokia 7650. This FREE game was first announced some time ago but I'm hopeful that the game is well worth the wait (maybe someone can write and tell)!
PsiLoc's Multi Media Player has been ported to the 7650. It is currently in beta. It plays MIDI, WAV, RA, AU, SND formats and MP3 will be added soon via a plugin. PLaylists in m3u formats are also supported.
