emTube hits 1.04

We don't normally news post version updates, but emTube is such a biggie. v1.04 of the best native YouTube client for S60 includes a simplified download and install, interface tweaks, bug fixes, an Italian language option and a flv recogniser (this bit needs self-signing though). Highly recommended for anyone with a Wi-Fi capable smartphone.

emTube playback seems better than tinyTube. Steve, if you know of a better one please tell us. You hinted there are others?
ps. Please tell us with a future fw upgrade E90 will have tv-out.. Pleease! Streaming from pc to phone (N95 fw update) sounds so neat, too. I want some of that on my brick!

how do i play downloaded videos? they are saved as .flv, so how do I play flv's? I tried Flash Lite 3, but it cannot recognize/find the file in its file browser.

What a great app that simply does what it says and if you install the N95 version it takes advantage of the inbuilt accelerometer with no need to install anything else or having to sign it. Just does what is says it will with no fuss. Although i always wait for the download to complete which over WiFi is fast and then suffers from no stuttering or lag and the automate function works nice and smoothly to. The developer deserves a donation for a completed app as it's not a Beta that you have to donate to be a tester who knows what he will come up with next if rewarded for his completed app but much prefer his marketing to some others i won't name.
