Now that I've been able to test a production Nokia N93i, along with the continuous focus video I reported on last week, I thought it appropriate to both update the AllAboutSymbian review and also summarise the relative advantages of each device. Read on...
This article sure puts me in a state of dilemma, looking at the differences between n93 and n93i, the older beast n93 clearly stands out as a winner out of the two. (you know, looks never mattered for s60 enthusiasts, otherwise they wouldn't be with s60 in the first place) N93 is a better choice but as it seems Nokia would favour the new n93i and stop n93's production sometime soon, reducing its market value, making mass market think this phone is Obsolete when its actually not.
Well from when it was first announced and i saw the keypad i decided this wasn't a viable upgrade for me and from the pros and cons list the only real advantage i can see is the 16 million colour screen but if its not as clear thats not really worth it anyway. As i am more than happy with the screen in the N93 and also the side D pad control plus IMO the keypad on the N93 is just so good this would not be an upgrade i would consider.
