Yes, an utterly provocative headline, but an infographic that does raise some valid points, not least over dry and strained eyes, irradiation, poor posture and distraction. Well worth a read, even if it only prompts you to spend a few minutes less each day pored over your smartphone....



Plenty of valid warnings there, I think.

On a personal note, I've found that I get a headache during the night if I strain my eyes too much late in the evening - perhaps that late night Micropool marathon isn't such a good idea after all?
