Nokia Creative on the move, 808 PureView Group

Long a friend of AAS, James Burland, coordinator of the various Nokia camera flagship Flickr user groups, has announced that his Nokia Creative blog will close shortly because of Apple's closing of MobileMe. In the medium term, he's confident that Nokia Creative will resurface on a more traditional web host, but in the meantime he's going to point his domain at something else which is well worth reminding people of, i.e. the Flickr 808 PureView Group, where you'll find the best of the 808-shot content in the world.

From James' post:

At the end of June, Apple is pulling the plug on MobileMe. As I use MobileMe to host Nokia Creative that means it will be moving home. The transition may take a few of weeks, so I’ll be pointing this web address at the Nokia 808 PureView Group on Flickr for the duration. As I’ll no longer be using iWeb (Yes, Apple axed that too), I’ll effectively be starting Nokia Creative from scratch - think of it as a reboot!

The old content - dating back some 6 years - will make a return later in the year, but due to the rather silly way that Apple integrated comments in iWeb, it’s likely that all comments will disappear. Please save any comments that you think you might need. You’ll need to do this before the end of June 2012.
