I couldn't resist the temptation to embed the video below (via PureView Club), putting the Nokia 808's Rich Recording to the test. At the 808's launch, coping with jet airliner engine noise was mentioned. Here, the 808 gets subjected to the air-ripping sounds from a military F18 Hornet, filmed at Lentäjien Juhannus in Kauhava, Finland, and does so without the phone's microphone and audio system flinching. In stereo too, watch and listen on headphones for full effect.
