A. Windows being a complex beast, the problem's probably related to a clash between the two versions of PC Suite and any one of a number of deep down, scarily techy things might need fixing.
The easiest way to fix the problem is to uninstall any versions currently on your hard disk and then download and run Nokia PC Suite Cleaner (available from many Nokia sites, e.g. www.nokia.co.nz/nokia/0,8764,86988,00.html). Once your system has been purged of PC Suite leftovers, try reinstalling the latest version of PC Suite again.
