Backing up everything?

Q. How can I back up everything on my Symbian smartphone? Not just data, but every application, every license key, and so on?

Installation of PC Suite crashes with MSXML-related error

Q. I've been trying to install the Nokia PC Suite software, but when I get to the end of the installation I get an error:

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.MSXML2,publicKeytoken='6bd6b9abf345378f ",
version="4.20.9818.0",type="win32",processorArchit ecture="x86'". Please refer to Help And Support for information. HRESULT: 0x80070002

Errors after upgrading Nokia's PC Suite

Q. After upgrading PC Suite, I get error messages saying 'Operation could not be completed' and other puzzling errors. What's going on?

PC Suite Connected but not functional?

Q. Why does PC Suite seem to be "Connected" but not let me browse my Nokia's files or use the various Suite utilities?
