Q. Is it possible to browse the contents of another phone via Bluetooth? My old Samsung could do this. Once paired you would also have the option to browse the files of the phone (images, video and audio).

Q. I'm struggling with PC Suite's 'Transfer music' function. Tracks seem to transfer very slowly and sometimes don't make it at all.

PC Suite doesn't recognise my Nokia Communicator

Q. I've been unable to connect up my Nokia 9500 for the last two months. I've powered everything down and restarted, I've tried reinstalling the latest PC Suite, I've used both cable and Bluetooth and nothing seems to work. The Windows hardware wizard pops up and asks me for the driver and, despite a broadband Internet connection and the original Nokia CD in the drive, nothing gets found.
