How can I send email, as well as receive it, over GPRS?
Q. I've just started using a Symbian-based smartphone with a Vodafone Pay As You Go SIM card, but I'm having problems with sending email. I'm able to collect email perfectly but when I try and reply and get errors every time. Any ideas?
Last ditch cures for battery charging/power on problems
Q. My new Nokia smartphone has turned off by itself. I thought it was the battery and I tried to charge it but the phone didn't show any sign that it was plugged in. I tried to turn it on again but it only showed a white screen and after 2 sec turned off again. Will flashing it to the latest firmware help to solve the problem?

Q. I’m getting "Music player: system error" when I try to play MP3s on my N-Gage.
Missing application icons after playing music on N-Gage
Q. My N-Gage is driving me crazy, there’s a bug which bites me every single day. After using the Music Player to play tunes from my 512MB MMC, I find that all my third party application icons have disappeared from the Menu screen and I have to restart the device. Is it just me?
Wrong track running lengths on N-Gage
Q. I have a Nokia N-Gage and am experimenting with using it as an MP3 player. The trouble is, tracks are shown with the wrong running lengths. Is there anything I can do to get these shown correctly? I've tried both MP3 and AAC file formats.Search Support
