Author's Description

Our most popular superTORCH is now better and prettier than ever! In this version we added 6 new torch effects, 6 new background colours and we performed a full update on the user interface. You'll love it! :)

[Okay, back to the product intro... - just in case there are people who don't know superTORCH yet... :)]

Imagine you're lost in the dark and desperately trying to call help? Why not turn your mobile phone into an emergency torch and give visual signals? Choose from several torch modes: continuous, blinking, 911-style, strobe etc. You'd like to find a keyhole in the dark or you've even lost your keys in the grass? Use your mobile phone as a torch! You may want to warn or call people who can not hear you? Give them blinking signals! Set color and torch mode individually! Works with both portrait and landscape displays.

Important notice: this software requires that FlashLite 1.1 is installed on your mobile!

Installing Flash Lite SWF content onto a handset

After you have unzipped the game on your PC, install Flash game on your phone, and place them in one of these folders:

  • Phone mem/Documents/Flash
  • Memory card/Documents/Flash

The FlashLite player can look in either of these directories, so just transfer the file to one of them. With Nokia phones, the Nokia PC Suite software creates a system folder for the phone, so you can browse through the phone memory just like you would any hard drive, and can just copy files over into these folders. You can also use the application File Manager on your mobile to run FlashLite files.

Transfer the FlashLite SWF file to the device, using one of the following methods:

  1. IR (infrared): If your PC and handset both support infrared, you can connect the device with the PC and transfer the file via IR.
  2. Bluetooth: If your PC and handset both support Bluetooth, you can connect the device with the PC and transfer the file via Bluetooth.
  3. Memory card: Using a memory card reader, you can transfer the file to the memory card for the phone.
  4. USB: Most phone manufacturers supply a USB cable for synchronising the handset with a PC and transferring files.
