Today view:

In this view you can see the list of the significant dates, that can be filtered by a month, a week or current day.

There are the following commands in this view:

- Add to agenda - with the help of this option you can add the chosen element in Today view to your Calendar! For the added listing in the calendar the alarm (see also: Settings / Options / Alarm) will be set;
- Edit data - opens Category list view where you can edit the categories;
- Sort by date / category - allows you configure the way how to sort the categories;
- View by day / week / month - allows you configure the filter for the listings;
- Options - opens the dialogue where you can configure the following options: Text colour; Selection colour; Selection transparency level; Background image or colour; Alarm days and time before event; Birthday format; Change background - you can choose any picture for the background preferable size 208 x 256.

Note: You can download the suggested background images from our site in the section Backgrounds!

Category list view:

- Add new category;
- Import new category from the (.sdf) file. These files you can download from our site in the section SmartDates sdf-files;
- Delete category;
- Edit category;
- Open category - when choosing this command Record list view will be opened, there you can execute operations on the listings of this category;

Note: In the Birthdays category only birthday dates are saved and this category is impossible to delete!

Records list view:

In this view you can execute with the listings the operations: add, delete and edit.

There are two types of listings - Event and Birthday records, each type has its own settings:

Birthday record has the following settings: First name; Last name; Date; Photo.

In the Birthday list view all contacts that have Birthday field are shown. In this view you can find commands "New" and "From contacts".

With the help of the New command you can create a new contact that will be added to your Contacts with the Birthday field; the "From contacts" command opens the exising contact from the Contacts to edit and adds the Birthday field; when deleting Birthday only the Birthday field is deleted and not the whole contact.

Note: If you have changed the photo in several contacts you can update all photos with the help of the Update photos command.

Event record has the following settings: Info - description of the event; Duration; Periodicity; Year; Month; Day of month/week; Day.
