The SisBuilder DLL is a software component that enables Series60 Symbian applications to be distributed more easily. This is accomplished by an on-the-fly creation of the installation file containing the application and then by beaming the resulting file through Bluetooth, IrDA or other means that support large attachments (e-mail or MMS) to another Series60 phone.
