Inform the software by clicking every time you go for cigarette and software will evaluate your habit and put it into a simple time table. Importantly begin with your first morning cigarette.
Since second day of using QSmoking the table shows your minimum (red), averaged(blue) and maximum (green) interval between your smoke breaks. Keep clicking every time you go for smoke but make sure you go when the timer is green so you push further every next cigarette and in the end there won''t be time to have one.
