Modern location aware applications running on S60 3rd Edition devices like smart2go(TM) aka Nokia Maps use a shared database of POIs (called landmarks).
With POIXpress you can import POI databases in ASC and OV2 format and export landmarks in ASC,GPX and KML format.
So you can share your own landmarks with your friends using different systems or view them on a PC running Google Earth(TM).
Although the number of landmarks isn''t limited by the application you should keep the number of landmarks small enough to prevent dramatical slow downs.
The trial version works for 7 days and is not limited in it''s functionality.
