For the best size/quality, use 16kHz mp3 files from S60 1st Edition to S60 2nd Edition FP1 phones (e.g. Nokia 6600, Nokia 7610), 44.1kHz is available only for newer phones (e.g. Nokia 6680, Nokia N70).
Nokia 7650 has a limited memory, therefore it is recommended to use low bitrate and frequency files, e.g. 32kbits, 8kHz.
You may use the free winLAME encoder to convert existing files to lower bitrates and/or frequency.
