The iLite Movie Guide is aimed at providing movie lovers with instant access to the latest movie information. The guide is a Flash Lite 1.1 application that runs on both Flash Lite 1 and 2 players.
The guide provides the user with the following:
The information on upcoming movies is provided by an rss feed that is updated continuously. The movie name, how much it has grossed and a brief description about the movie is provided.
Every week a list of the top ten grossing movies at the box office is released. This will help you decide which movies to watch and which to avoid.
The search facility currently provides the user with the ability to search for a movie by typing in the name of the title or part there of. A list of movies matching the criteria is returned. A maximum of 12 entries are returned. Should the search word(s) be too vague, the user is prompted to try again.
Once a movie has been found, and selected, a brief description of the movie, year of release, running time, rating, cast and director are returned.
A movie can also be added to your favourites list. Once you have searched for a movie, and it is listed on the ‘Search Results’ screen, you can add it to your favourites list by pressing the right select key. Press the enter key will load the movie.
A list of your favourite movies can be found by clicking the ‘My favourites’ menu option. This will list all the movies that you have bookmarked. To delete a bookmark, press the right select key.
The latest movie available in the movie guide can be found by selecting the menu option ‘Latest Reviews’.

The application has been tested on Nokia series 60 handsets. Every effort has been made to ensure that the content is accurate, but results may vary been sources. A GPRS connection is required to view the latest results, and the user should ensure that a GPRS profile is available on the phone enabling this type of connection.
