About Mindit MiCell:

Task setup is easy:

Create MiCell Assistant tasks using our easy to use AgentSpeak script. Import your existing text and HTML documents and insert AgentSpeak commands, insertion keys, and variables to build powerful MiCell tasks. Tasks can call other tasks, and be linked together in various ways to provide highly flexible and fully automated content generation. Any document/ correspondence task can be set up as a MiCell task; from generating cover letters and quotes to more complex tasks like sending ''packages'' of material containing multiple customized documents, attachments and files data, almost anything is possible within Mindit MiCell.

Assigning work to your MiCell Assistant:

While on the road you access your MiCell Assistant through the MiCell Portal. The Portal allows you to quickly and easily get your Assistant working on a task, such as sending cover letter, product specifications, and quotes, with a minimal amount of typing. All available MiCell tasks and commands are displayed within a dropdown list. All you have to do is select the tasks/ commands you want, enter a bit of text, and let the the MiCell Portal looks after rest, including forwarding of the instructions to your MiCell Assistant for processing. Communication with your MiCell Assistant is always two way, you send her tasks through the Portal and she sends you status messages, by Email or SMS, when she has finished a task, or encounters a problem she cannot resolve.

Frankly, cell phone keypads are hard to type on, use of the MiCell Portal will reduces the amount of typing required by as much as 90%. In addition you can further reduce typing by entering SMS tags (ie ''FYI'' for ''for your information'') which are automatically converted to proper text by your MiCell Assistant.
