John Cody's SATALERT is a unique program that will grab the naked-eye viewing times for the International Space Station from NASA's own website and automatically create appointments
(with alarms) in Outlook 97/98/2000/2002XP to remind you right before the space station is scheduled to fly over your own home city (Click here for the complete list of 3,409 supported worldwide cities). Each generated reminder tells you exactly where to look in the sky, allowing you to see the space station with just your naked eyes
- no telescope or binoculars needed!
This is a desktop PC program designed to interface between NASA's website and Microsoft Outlook 97/98/2000/2002XP. If you have a Pocket PC, Palm or Visor PDA, you can sync it to Outlook so it will automatically power on and beep to remind you just before each viewing, no matter where you happen to be! (any device that can synchronize appointments with Outlook 97/98/2000/2002XP can be used with this program)
With our exclusive "WORRY FREE TRY ME" TM feature, you don't have to worry about 'disturbing' your PC's configuration just to try out this program. Our special installation technology allows you to fully uninstall this program without leaving a trace if you choose not to keep it.
