This application calculates the amount of food needed by you on daily bases. It serves the user to become aware of the daily needed quantity of his/her food. All you need to do is enter your gender, age, weight, height, and activity level, of course the app accepts both units systems; Metric and Imperial.
The app calculates your total need of energy on daily bases according to your activity level. It also illustrates the amounts of the three main nutrients; Fat, Carbohydrates, and Protein. The operator chooses between two options; one preset values (medically recommended); and one customized to your needs in diet, training, and life style.
So basically the amount of your daily food is shown to you with the amounts of Fat, Carbohydrates, and protein in it.
This app serves diet seekers, patients, children, olders and normal people get well informed and plan their diet on scientific approach based on TDEE calculations.
