Mobile CRM+ Contact Manager allows you full access to Contact management and Contact related Activity management features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Using this application, you can browse, create, search, and view details of any CRM Contact and its related activities and create any new activity. Creating device generated activities like sending email and tracking in CRM, making call and tracking in CRM, recording meeting and tracking in CRM comes in handy as the program includes the LivePVR recording and device integration technology.
It is true plug-and-play - you download, install the application and start using it. No server side component to install, no additional server to sign-up.
Mobile CRM+ Contact Manager is one of the applications from Mobile CRM+ SFA which also provides Lead, Account, Opportunity, Activity and Order management.

. When you select Contacts the first time, you may see Information Unavailable message. That is because you are in captured contacts screen and you have not entered any new contacts. Bring up the menu and select an option from the "Filter & Search options". You will see your information
. If you have too many contacts on your server, you may not want to use the Batch download menu in main screen - this may take a long time. Instead, select a filter from "Filters & Search options" menu to see only the amount of information you want to see
